This is an action packed crime movie set in Seoul, Korea. An international pickpocket gang is led by Baek Jang-Mi. This enterprising woman feels the need to acquire more territory and expand her influence to Osaka, Japan. She disguises herself to travel to that city and choose her new gang. This does not sit well with the Osaka Police Department. They manage to identify her and begin working with the Seoul Police.
The goal of every international company is to expand its reach. Baek Jang-Mi has forgotten she does not run a company, she runs a gang of thieves and the police have her identity now.
