Watch Parajanov: The Last Spring

This documentary investigates the final days in the life of acclaimed Russian filmmaker Sergei Parajanov and reveals much about the state of mind of the director and how it affected his work. The film takes a close look at how the director worked, including interviews with his contemporaries and footage taken behind the scenes of his film The Color of Pomegranates. A large section of the unfinished The Confession is also included, which Parajanov was working on when he died.
