Picasso Trigger is a 1988 action film from director Andy Sidaris. It's the third installment in the L.E.T.H.A.L. (Legion to Ensure Total Harmony and Law) series, following Malibu Express and Hard Ticket to Hawaii. The movie features a mix of action and comedy, with plenty of explosions and gunfights, as well as a healthy dose of sexy women in bikinis.

The plot centers around the assassination of three former agents of L.E.T.H.A.L., who were all involved in the recovery of a valuable gold statue stolen from a Middle Eastern country. The current agents of L.E.T.H.A.L., led by the charismatic Skipper (Steve Bond), are tasked with uncovering who's behind the murders and stopping them before they can strike again.

As the team races around the world to track down leads, they encounter a colorful cast of characters, including a seductive assassin named Blu Steele (Dona Speir) and a ruthless villain known only as Picasso Trigger (John Aprea). Along the way, they also team up with a group of fellow agents, including the fearless Kym (Hope Marie Carlton) and the tech-savvy Edy (Roberta Vasquez).

The action in Picasso Trigger is over-the-top and ridiculous, but that's part of the charm of the film. There are car chases, shootouts, and even a scene where one of the agents takes on a group of bad guys while riding a skateboard. The film also features a fair amount of nudity, as many of the female characters are shown in various states of undress throughout.

While the plot is somewhat convoluted and doesn't always make sense, the actors manage to bring a certain level of charm to their performances. Bond is a likable lead, with a classic action hero look and plenty of one-liners to spare. Speir is a standout as the femme fatale Blu Steele, playing up her sultry sex appeal while also showing off some impressive fighting skills.

Overall, Picasso Trigger is a fun, escapist action film that doesn't take itself too seriously. It's outrageous, silly, and loaded with enough explosions and sexy women to satisfy fans of the genre. While it may not be a cinematic masterpiece, it's definitely worth a watch for anyone looking for a good time.

Picasso Trigger is a 1989 action movie. It has received mostly poor reviews from critics and viewers, who have given it an IMDb score of 4.5.
