Police Academy: Mission to Moscow is the seventh and final installment of the Police Academy franchise, released in 1994. The film is directed by Alan Metter and stars G.W. Bailey, George Gaynes, and Michael Winslow. In this movie, the crazy gang of police officers from different cities all over the United States are back, but this time they travel to Moscow to help the Russian police fight crime.

When a dangerous crime lord, Konstantin Konali (played by Ron Perlman), manages to steal a new computer chip that can control every computer in the world, the Russian government decides to call in the best help they can get – the team from the Police Academy. Led by Sergeant Callahan (Bailey), Lieutenant Harris (Gaynes), and Officer Jones (Winslow), the group is sent to Moscow to stop Konali from carrying out his evil plans.

Once the team arrives in Moscow, they quickly realize that they are in a very different environment from what they are used to. The language barrier is significant, and they find themselves struggling to communicate with their Russian counterparts. The Russian police chief, Mikhail, is not thrilled to have them there, either, and makes it clear that he does not need their help. But Sergeant Callahan and his team are determined to make a difference, and they set out to prove themselves to the Russians.

As they begin their investigation, they face many challenges along the way. They encounter some of the most talented thieves and hackers in the world, who are all determined to protect Konali's plans. And, of course, they manage to get into trouble themselves, always finding time for some comic relief.

But as the days go by, they begin to make progress in their investigation. They meet an ambitious detective, Katya, who is eager to work with them and joins their team. Together, they start to uncover clues that lead them closer to Konali's plan. They also find that they have more in common with their Russian counterparts than they thought, and they start to build relationships with them.

Police Academy: Mission to Moscow is a comedic movie, and many of its jokes are of the classic physical humor that has become a hallmark of the franchise. Still, the movie also tries to tackle more serious themes, such as international relations and the challenges of communication across cultures. The film successfully mixes serious moments with light humor, creating an enjoyable balance throughout.

Regarding the cast, the movie brings back some of the most popular characters from previous Police Academy movies, such as Sergeant Callahan, Lieutenant Harris, and Officer Jones, all brought to life by the same actors as before. The new characters are also entertaining, especially Oleg, a Russian police officer who becomes Officer Jones's partner, and Dmitry, a young boy who ends up helping the team in unexpected ways.

Overall, Police Academy: Mission to Moscow manages to deliver a fun and entertaining story, as well as a satisfying conclusion to the franchise. Though it could be argued that it doesn't quite live up to the quality of the earlier movies in the series, it is still a worthwhile watch for fans of the franchise, providing plenty of laughs and action throughout.

Police Academy: Mission to Moscow is a 1994 comedy with a runtime of 1 hour and 23 minutes. It has received poor reviews from critics and viewers, who have given it an IMDb score of 3.5 and a MetaScore of 11.
