Convicted is an American thriller that centers around the story of a convicted felon on Death Row. While behind bars on Death Row, Charlotte Cory has built a friendship, through mail correspondence, with Frank Nitzche. Frank is a jaded ex-lawyer who makes a living off befriending death row inmates by exploiting them in their final hour when he sells their last letters to the media after they have died.

Frank's involvement with Charlotte leads him to two realizations; he's in love with this woman and she is innocent of the crime she stands to be executed for. Frank discovers a mystery around the circumstances of Charlotte's imprisonment, with only days to spare. It is a race against time as Frank tries to solve the puzzle and reveal the truth to save the woman he loves. Charlotte's life is in Frank's hands, but she must be willing to reveal her own secrets to save herself.
