Miyoko, also known as the 'Shaolin Grandma', has been practicing her martial arts techniques for years at the remote Shaolinji temple. After being badly beaten by Ippon-ashi, her arch rival, Miyoko is expelled from the temple. On her own for the first time in years, Miyoko wanders the streets of a nearby town and is forced to work as a dancer in an adult club. Determined to get her revenge, Miyoko begins training to defeat Ipoon-ashi and regain her rightful place at the temple.
