Set during the Korean War, this drama looks at the effects of the arrival of US military forces in the Asian country changed the lives of the people forever. Eon-Rae is living happily in her village in Korea when she is involved in an incident with a group of UN soldiers, banished from her home she has little option but to work in a local brothel that will house her and her son. As a virus sweeps through the village the lives of Eon-Rae and the villagers are changed forever.
