Sleepless Nights is a horror movie that explores the nighttime world of vampires and those who are out to destroy them. It is a world of hunter and hunted, conflicted and tormented souls. The mortal world is in danger at the hands of Lord Malgaard, a powerful vampire leader who has executed his evil plot to reduce mankind to a mindless race of blood donors. Lord Malgaard has taken control of a local church in his efforts to bring fruition to his plans.

Meanwhile, inside a secret government agency of vampire hunters, one of the operatives has made a shocking discovery of a "good" vampire who only takes enough blood for his own survival. The head of the agency rejects the idea that any vampire can be one of the good guys. Our agent teams up with the vampire to take down Lord Malgaard on her own accord, with a very special promise from the vampire she has partnered with.
