As Bo, Cledus, and the pregnant elephant begin their journey to Dallas, they encounter a host of challenges, including crooked cops, crazy truckers, and a team of Soviet spies who want to steal a secret weapon that's hidden inside the elephant. To make matters worse, Bo's ex-girlfriend, Dusty Trails (Brenda Lee), is also along for the ride, trying to rekindle their relationship.

As the Bandit and his crew navigate their way across the country, they must constantly dodge the law, the animal rights activists, and the Soviet spies, all while keeping the pregnant elephant safe and secure.
