This endearing motion picture tells the tale of a man who has fallen in love with a beautiful young girl from his past, but he must face the facts that not everyone might share the sentiment. The movie takes place in early 20th century Japan. It follows the story of a young, wealthy aristocrat who encounters a girl that he grew up with, and falls head over heels for her. However his love is not enough as this young girl is due to marry another man, who comes from an extremely powerful and royal family. The story that follows is nothing short of dramatic.
