Watch Surf Party

Terry, a teenager who lives in Arizona, asks two of her girlfriends to join her when she drives to California to visit her brother Skeet. Skeet is part of the surfing scene at Malibu Beach. Each of the girls has fun learning how to surf and also enjoys the romantic attentions of the surfers. But Wayne Neal, a local police sergeant who would like to ban surfing at the beach altogether, is constantly making trouble for Skeet, hoping to arrest him for an infraction. So by the end of summer, Skeet must decide whether to return with Terry to Arizona.
