Swarg is a Bollywood drama film released in 1990. The film is directed by David Dhawan and produced by Nandu G Tolani. The movie features Rajesh Khanna, Govinda, and Madhavi in the lead roles. The film portrays the story of a wealthy man, Mr. Kumar (Rajesh Khanna), who has two sons, Vijay (Govinda) and Ajay (Jugal Hansraj). Meanwhile, Ajay meets with an accident and is admitted to the hospital. The cost of his treatment is very high and Kumar is not able to bear the expense. He becomes helpless and decides to sell his house and all his possessions to pay for Ajay's treatment. Kumar's condition becomes critical due to his son's illness and he succumbs to death.

After Kumar's death, Radha takes the responsibility of the entire family and tries to fulfill Kumar's dream of making Vijay responsible. She encourages Vijay to take charge of his father's business and become a successful entrepreneur. Vijay learns the value of hard work and determination and becomes successful in his business. He also takes care of his younger brother and helps him with his studies.

In the end, Vijay and Ajay both become successful in their respective fields and lead a happy life. They realize the importance of their father's values and principles and try to follow them in their lives.

The performances of the actors in Swarg are commendable. Rajesh Khanna perfectly portrays the role of a rich and kind-hearted man who loves his family. Govinda's performance as a lazy and irresponsible boy is impressive, and Madhavi shines in her role as a sensible and mature girl.

The film's music composed by Anand-Milind is also noteworthy. The songs "Jaane Do Jaane Do Mujhe Jana Hai" and "Tu Mere Paas Bhi Hai" are still popular among audiences.
