The Best Day of My Life is a drama film that was released in 2002. The film follows a woman who is the single head of a family of adult children who are all dealing with their own problems. One of her daughters has lost her husband, and is overly protective of her children. The other daughter is in a loveless relationship, and is constantly dancing around an affair. The final child is their gay son. The son hopes to keep this a secret, but it is complicated by him bringing other men to family events. Eventually, the family is able to work through their problems.
