Watch The Tattooist
The story follows a tattoo artist trying to learn new techniques. He, Jake, after releasing a deadly spirit show us the courage needed to save your loved ones. In a terrifying story that is sure to steal screams from the audience we follow the young hero as he attempts to save his new found love while attempting to learn Tatau. Even while having an extremely high quality and budget it did not make it to the movie theaters even so the movie itself is a great melodramatic thriller.
The movie, form the very start, sends a chill down your spine as we venture into a nightmare reviving Jake’s childhood. As the story continues we learn that there is more to Jake’s tattoo art than just impressive graphics as some seem to have healing and other properties. The viewers will learn from this movie to not go wondering too far into the dark. We see Jake venture into a world of darkness full of wonder and adventure that will have your teeth clenching of fear every minute of this compelling movie. It does not only manage to bring fear out of its viewers but it also does it in an original way.
Unlike many horror films it manages to supply a lot more suspense and mystery on a whole new level. The actors also managed an amazing acting performance and it really felt as if they really were their characters expanding the fear factor of the movie. While keeping gory graphics it still kept a well enough balance to not disgust its viewers but still give the impression it needs to give. As the story develops we also notice how much the writer wanted to tell us with this movie. The director also did a stellar job on the making of this movie by leaving the right impressions on the right spots. The soundtrack used for the movie not only sets the mood but also complements it by aiding the movie in sending the chills down your spine.
It is a great movie for the young adult and not strongly recommended for children unless accompanied by their parents. It will not only have you screaming every minute of the movie but it will also keep you in enough suspense to not know what is going to happen next. Even so the movie has its many scary factors it will still prevent you from looking away by capturing you with its intriguing story.
