Watch The Women on the Roof

A teenager named Linnea is a girl who lives in a garret in Stockholm. It is just prior to World War I and she is hired by an older gentleman so that she can earn a living. She then meets a photographer who is also a woman and the pair hit it off as friends. The photographer shows Linnea how to take photos and the pair eventually become lovers. As politics become volatile, Linnea’s old boyfriend comes around and wants to rekindle their relationship, but he also wants a relationship with her newfound lover. The question is how the two will react to his advances and if they are truly in love.
