This is an hour long Science documentary about understanding the perception of time. People used to only judge time by the position of the sun and its shadows. Today, we plan our lives around clock time. Time Limits attempts to explain what Albert Einstein meant when he said that time is relative. It also talks about interval timing, which is our own personalized timing and the least understood brain function. Animals also have a perception of time, although it's different from humans. Eadweard Muybridge, in 1877, wanted to study if a horse, trotting or galloping, could ever become totally airborne.

Time Limits is a 2007 documentary with a runtime of 50 minutes. It has received moderate reviews from critics and viewers, who have given it an IMDb score of 6.4.
