A man who likes to be alone and a hopeless romantic, Ben has been single for quite a while. Ben is rather fond of his alone time, but does enjoy the company of witty intellectuals all the same. By Ben being both a romantic and staying to himself, he is caught between arousal and being rational. Isabelle has been in a five year relationship, which was once filled with passion, but has now lost its pulse. Being married for just one year, Isabelle is now lost between loneliness and loyalty. Isabelle and Ben meet uptown, where they come together.
