Vishwa Thulasi is a 2004 Indian Malayalam-language drama film directed by Sumathy Ram. The film revolves around the lives of Viswanathan (Mammootty) and Thulasi (Nandita Das). Viswanathan is a rich businessman who is respected by the people around him. His only child, a son, died when he was just eight years old. Kuttappan is determined to destroy the relationship between Viswanathan and Thulasi, and he will do whatever it takes to accomplish his goal.

Throughout the film, the characters struggle with their pasts and present, trying to make sense of their lives and their relationships. Viswanathan must come to terms with his past mistakes, Thulasi must decide what is most important to her, and Kuttappan must confront the anger and bitterness that have consumed him.
