Warlock 3: The End of Innocence is a 1999 horror film directed by Eric Freiser and starring Bruce Payne, Ashley Laurence, and Paul Francis. The movie is the third installment in the Warlock film series and follows the story of a young woman named Kris who inherits an old mansion from her late mother. Little does Kris know, the mansion holds a dark secret that could lead to her demise.

The movie begins with Kris, a college student, returning home to claim her inheritance after her mother's death. Upon arriving at the mansion, Kris meets her mother's lawyer, Mr. Andrews, who informs her that the house was left to her, with the exception of a room on the top floor, which is to remain locked and unused. As Kris begins to settle into her new home with her friends, she begins to experience strange occurrences, including vivid nightmares and a feeling of being watched.

Kris soon learns that her mother had been involved in witchcraft and that the locked room on the top floor was used for her rituals. Kris and her friends decide to investigate the room and find a book of spells and an old photo of her mother with a man named Paul. Kris begins to have visions of her mother performing a ritual, and in one of them, she sees Paul becoming possessed by a warlock.

As more strange occurrences continue to happen, Kris seeks out the help of a local psychic named Diana, who tells her that her mother was trying to protect her from the warlock, who is now set on possessing Kris instead. As Diana tries to perform a protection ritual, the warlock makes his presence known, and the group must fight to survive and stop the warlock from unleashing his dark powers on the world.

The movie features strong performances from its lead actors, with Ashley Laurence delivering a convincing portrayal of Kris, a young woman struggling to come to terms with her family's dark past. Bruce Payne's performance as the warlock is equally chilling, as he portrays a menacing force determined to destroy everything in his path.

The film's direction is also solid, with Eric Freiser creating a suitably tense atmosphere throughout the movie. The scenes of Kris exploring the mansion and discovering its secrets are well-executed, and the suspense builds steadily as the warlock's presence becomes more and more apparent.

The movie also features some impressive special effects, particularly in the scenes involving the warlock's possession of Paul. The makeup and prosthetics used to create the possessed character are highly effective, and the scenes in which he transforms into the warlock are suitably creepy.

Overall, Warlock 3: The End of Innocence is a solid entry in the Warlock film series and a well-executed horror movie in its own right. With strong performances, effective direction, and impressive special effects, it's a must-see for fans of the horror genre.
