Welcome Back to the Barrio is a drama. This film focuses on a young male named Christian who returns home after going to college. The problem: his neighborhood is rough and friends, criminal. The main character's effort to improve himself are immediately thwarted by an old pal. This guy thrives on the streets and pulls him into a whirlwind of trouble.
