Who Am I? is a 1998 action-comedy movie starring Jackie Chan, one of the most recognized actors from Hong Kong cinema. Graeme Clifford and Benny Chan directed the film, which featured Michelle Ferre and Mirai Yamamoto in pivotal roles. It is one of Chan's most adventurous films, combining action sequences, humor, and a thrilling plotline.

The film follows the story of Chan, who portrays a Soldier of Fortune, who has lost his memory after a helicopter crash in South Africa. Recovering in a hospital, he discovers that he is being pursued by unknown assailants for the knowledge he has acquired. He doesn't remember anything about his life, not even his name, and he is forced to flee to Amsterdam from South Africa, where he is pursued by the thugs of the organization he is fighting against.

In Amsterdam, Chan comes across a journalist who is helping him escape. Though the journalist believes Chan's story about his memory loss, she doesn't know who he is. Soon, Chan learns the truth about the dangerous organization that is after him. With the help of the journalist, he discovers that he once worked as a specialist for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and played a significant role in developing a serum that could enhance human strength and intelligence.

Chan quickly realizes that he is the only one who knows the formula, and the unknown assailants are trying to get it out of him. He becomes the target of the organized syndicate that wants the serum to serve its nefarious purposes. The action shifts to Rotterdam, where Chan and the journalist try to evade the villains who are hot on their trail. There is an incredible car chase scene set in the Rotterdam skyline that remains one of the highlights of the movie.

The movie is known for its impressive stunts and chase sequences, which have always been a hallmark of Chan's films. In one scene, Chan slides down the side of a skyscraper and jumps onto a helicopter in flight. Another impressive stunt involves Chan biking down a set of stairs and across a highway, pursued by two motorbikes, reminiscent of the classic scene in the film "Raiders of the Lost Ark."

Who Am I? also features some comical scenes, situational humor and lighthearted moments. The movie's humor is not over the top, and it doesn't overshadow the action. One of the funniest moments in the movie involves Chan trying to mimic an elephant in front of a crowd to make them believe that he is one of the performers in a circus. Another comical sequence involves Chan trying to create an identity in Amsterdam, taking inspiration from the customs and traditions of the city.

Chan's performance is one of the major highlights of the movie. He brings the right mix of drama, action, and humor to the film. Chan's charisma and screen presence are unmatched, making him one of the most beloved action heroes of all time. Michelle Ferre also delivers a noteworthy performance, providing a strong female character and holds her own opposite Chan.

The film features an interesting plot, which combines elements of action, drama, and comedy. The movie keeps the audience on the edge of their seats as the story unfolds, and it builds to an exciting climax. Even the secondary characters in the movie are well-developed, making the audience care about what happens to them.

Overall, Who Am I? is an enjoyable action-comedy movie that showcases Chan's acrobatic and fighting skills. The film is a thrilling ride from start to finish, and Chan's performance makes it a must-see for fans of Jackie Chan and action movies. It also has some amazing stunts that would leave the viewer in awe. The movie is a perfect mix of entertainment and action, making it a highlight of Chan's filmography.
