Shiv Shankar is a prominent lawyer who loses his sight in an accident. He also loses the love of his life, Vijayshanti as he puts himself into a life of seclusion. After years of living the life of a recluse, Shiv is contacted by a young college girl seeking his help. Her boyfriend has been falsely accused of killing his own mother and Karisma wants him to help her prove his innocence. Shiv turns her down, saying he hasn't practiced in years and would not be able to help her. But as he thinks of the two, and how they remind him of his lost love, he decides to give the case a try. The tension builds as the case snowballs into a public issue.
