Miley Cyrus' Stoner Video: The Sequel

You can't make this stuff up. Whether or not Miley Cyrus is an actual pothead (or just a rampant salvia smoker) she sure has a knack for making herself look like one in public.

The actress was caught on film at a recent birthday event at the Roosevelt Hotel in L.A. calling herself a "stoner" as she prepared to take a big ol' bite out of a Bob Marley cake.

"You know you're a stoner when your friends make you a Bob Marley cake. You know you smoke way too much f---ing weed!"

Kelly Osbourne defended her friend via Twitter:

"u guys if @MileyCyrus is not recording/filming/touring she works everyday how could she possible do all that if she was a stoner! #think."

Osbourne later clarified:

“Let me make something very clear after Miley Cyrus’ salvia incident we started calling her bob miley as a JOKE! The cake was also A JOKE! It makes me sick that Miley Cyrus’ so called ‘friends’ would sell her out and lead people 2 believe she is someone that she is not!"

Cyrus' publicist also defended the singer/actress, saying:

"It's all been taken out of context. The cake was a joke and Miley's response was intended to be sarcastic."

While jokes about Miley Cyrus being a stoner aren't too surprising, other details are.

According to The Daily, "in addition to Rumer Willis, Victoria Justice and boyfriend Liam Hemsworth, the fete featured furries and a number of dwarfs, including a mini-Nicki Minaj."

Seriously? Furries? A dwarf version of Nicki Minaj? Somebody pass the Bob Marley cake, man...
