'Parks and Recreation' Star Aubrey Plaza Takes on 'Star Wars' in New Web Series

'Parks and Recreation' Star Aubrey Plaza Takes on 'Star Wars' in New Web Series Star Wars parodies: "Family Guy" has them, "Robot Chicken" has them, and now comedy website Collegehumor is starting their own.

In fact, Collegehumor is starting a whole new web series called "Troopers" which follows two inept Stormtroopers in the Galactic Empire. The first episode stars Aubrey Plaza (who also stars in "Parks and Recreation" and appeared in films like "Funny People" and "Scott Pilgrim vs. the World") as Princess Leia who is imprisoned behind a malfunctioning force field.

The episode is hilarious whether or not you know Star Wars well, so it's definitely worth a watch.

Plus, Aubrey Plaza's deadpan is great in any situation. Check out the first episode below, and go to the Collegehumor web site to keep an eye out for upcoming episodes. The series started on Monday, and a new ep should be out each week and run all spring.

What do you think? Thumbs up or down? Too similar to "Robot Chicken" and "Family Guy" parodies?
