Eunsuk gets hurt from Minku's violent acts. Bokgu cries and yells at Eunsuk to leave from Minku and him. Although Dajung knows that Bokgu loves Eunsuk, she hopes Bokgu will return to her someday. Bokgu plans to spend a night with Dajung to put Eunsuk out of his mind.

Eunsuk finds out that Minku is alive, and meets him. Minku holds her tight, and does not let her go. Eunsuk decides to devote her life nursing Minku, and moves to the countryside with him. She tells Bokgu not to come to see them. One day Minku suddenly acts violently to Eunsuk.

Bokgu feels so guilty that he treats Eunsuk harshly. He moves Minku to another hospital to prevent Eunsuk from visiting Minku. Miraculously Minku wakes up from the vegetative state.

Eunsuk is shocked when Bokgu reveals that he is Minku's brother. Bokgu thinks his revenge is finally completed, but he suffers more because he loves Eunsuk. Eunsuk faints with high fever while she nurses Minku.

On the day of Eunsuk's engagement, she meets Bokgu. Bokgu tells her that he will take her away soon. He takes Eunsuk, and runs away from her engagement party. Eunsuk realizes how much she loves him.

Since Eunsuk decides to get engaged with Junsung, she gives Bokgu the cold shoulder. However, Bokgu tells Eunsuk that he loves her. Bokgu deliberately lets Junsung hear the talks between Eunsuk and himself. Enraged Junsung sets up a meeting which Eunsuk will finally confront Dajung.

Eunsuk finds her feeling for Bokgu deep in her heart after he saves her from an accident on the movie set. Junsung warns Bokgu not to tempt Eunsuk. Jakyung, Eunsuk's stepmother, forces Eunsuk to marry with Junsung. Eunsuk agrees to get engaged with Junsung for her family.

Holding injured Bokgu, Eunsuk weeps and kisses him. While staying at the hospital, Bokgu feels her love. However, he again vows revenge on her. Without knowing his intent, Eunsuk?s love for him deepens. Realizing Eunsuk falling for Bokgu, Junsung hastily sets their engagement date.

Eunsuk is stunned when she finds herself falling for Bokgu. Junsung visits Eunsuk's house, and gets close to her family. In order to pay the medical bill for Minku, Bokgu agrees on attacking gangsters with other gang. Eunsuk tries to stop him.

Dajung is swindled and loses all the money she has. Bokgu comes to Seoul to comfort her. But, she senses something different from him. Bokgu calls Eunsuk with Minku?s cell phone, but she hangs up coldly. Junsung becomes jealous when Eunsuk calls Minku?s name while she is drunk.

Eunsuk is heartbreaking and enraged by the thought of Minku was after her money. Bokgu takes her to the hospital where Minku stays, and leaves her there. Eunsuk weeps without knowing who is in the hospital and why Bokgu took her there.

Bokgu finds out Minku has been treated harshly by Eunsuk's family. Bokgu becomes Eunsuk's bodyguard to avenge on her. Junsung sends Bokgu as her bodyguard without knowing Bokgu?s intent.

While Bokgu is watching, Minku jumps off a building when he watches Eunsuk announce her engagement with Junsung on TV. Minku ends up in a vegetative state, and Bokgu vows to revenge on Eunsuk.
