Aerial America is a documentary series that explores the beauty and history of America from a bird's eye view. In season 1, episode 16, we are taken on a journey to the states of Maryland and Delaware to discover their unique landmarks and history.

The episode begins in Maryland, where we start with a view of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, one of the longest suspension bridges in the world. As we fly over the bridge, we see the magnificent bay and the surrounding scenery.

Next, we head to the Eastern Shore of Maryland, where we fly over the Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge. It is a sight to behold, with acres of marshes and waterways, home to hundreds of different types of birds, including bald eagles and ospreys.

We then move on to Annapolis, the capital city of Maryland, and home to the United States Naval Academy. We soar above the academy and learn about its history and how it has trained some of the finest military officers in the world.

From there, we head west to Baltimore, the largest city in Maryland. Known for its vibrant harbor, we get a bird's eye view of the stunning Inner Harbor and the USS Constellation, the last surviving Civil War-era vessel.

We then cross the border into Delaware, where we begin our journey at the Lewes Beach. We fly over the Cape Henlopen State Park, where we see the stunning coastline and learn about the historic World War II defense structures still standing there.

We continue on to Wilmington, Delaware's largest city, where we see the Wilmington Riverfront and the DuPont Building, a historic structure that was once the headquarters for America's largest chemical company.

Next, we fly over Delaware City and learn about its significance in the state's history as a bustling port town. We then journey to the Brandywine Battlefield, the site of a Revolutionary War battle where American troops fought against the British.

The episode concludes in Dover, the capital of Delaware, where we take in the scenic views of the city, including the Dover International Speedway and the Air Mobility Command Museum.

Aerial America's Maryland & Delaware episode takes us on a spectacular aerial tour of these two states, showcasing their stunning natural landscapes, historic landmarks and significant cultural sites. It is a must-watch for anyone who wants to experience the beauty and history of America from a unique perspective.
