Fugitives spotlighted include a Los Angeles graffiti tagger wanted for a May 2006 murder in Van Nuys, Cal.; a con artist accused of stealing identities and faking her way into Harvard and Columbia; and a "ponytail bandit" wanted for bank robberies in Texas, California and Washington State. Also: the case of a transgender Portland, Ore., resident wanted for the May 2007 murder of his roommate. John Walsh reports from Las Vegas.
