Featured fugitives includes an Albanian man who is for the murder of a young woman in the Albanian capital, Tirana in 2001. Four years later, the victims sister says she has seen him in Washington, D.C. Also, a California man who is accused of molesting his 12 year old daughter, and an Arizona man who is suspected of killing his wife and two children, and then burned their home down.
