Host John Walsh and Ret. FBI agent Wilfred Baptise head to the U.S. Virgin Islands for a report concerning the 2003 murder of Baptise's brother, Richard, who was a corrections officer who was murdered while moonlighting as a security guard at a movie theater. Walsh also looks into a quadruple murder in a St. Thomas bar in 2006. Next, Walsh and a Coast Guard official describe how authorities are working on keeping drug smugglers from Columbia at bay by using a submarine.
