Fugitives featured in this episode include a man from Zambia who is accused of stabbing to death his former girlfriend in front of her 14 year old daughter and 4 year old son in North Miami Beach, Florida, in December of 2008. Then, an update of a 1990 art heist from the Boston Gardener Museum, and a golf resort worker in Virginia who is accused of killing a pair of co-workers in March 2009. Lastly, an update on a cold case which is heating back up concerning the 1988 kidnap-murder of a 8year old girl from Fort Wayne, Indiana.
