Host John Walsh takes a look at the case of Dale Helmig of Linn, MO. who was accused of his mother's murder in 1993 and received a life sentence in prison following a trial which was held using mostly circumstantial evidence. His cause was later taken up by the Innocence Project at Illinois State University.
