'American Horror Story' Promo #12: Are You a Good Nun, or a Bad Nun?

The last promo that we saw from "American Horror Story" didn't have any human figures in it at all... just a very scary sewing machine. However, the characters that we've come to know from these promos are back in this newest one, the 12th promo in the series.

The promo opens with the white nun taking a seat in a familiar room with her bucket, while on the other side, the black nun from before also sits with a bucket. We then cut to a very scared-looking patient, bound and gagged on the floor and seemingly eyeing the two nuns.

She seems to know what's coming, but what can we deduce? The reappearance of these yin and yang nuns makes it a recurring theme, so it must represent something. Will Jessica Lange's Sister Jude be at odds with one of the other nuns in the asylum? Or are the light and dark nuns representations of two sides of Sister Jude's own personality, perhaps?

Also, the fact that they both sit down with buckets, which we have seen more than once filled with human body parts, does not bode well for that patient. It would appear that the patients at the asylum are being used for food for someone... or something.
