Ep 14. Code of Silence

Oliver Queen and his team are faced with a new villain, called the Calculator, who is threatening to blow up Star City. At the same time, Oliver is also dealing with issues closer to home as a mayoral debate between him and his opponent, Damien Darhk's wife, begins to heat up.
