Ep 7. Gangster Whiskey

In the seventh episode of the first season of Auction Hunters, titled "Gangster Whiskey," our two auction-hunting heroes, Allen Haff and Ton Jones, head out to Las Vegas to attend their first storage unit auction in the city. The duo is excited to see what treasures they can uncover in Sin City, but they quickly realize that the competition is fierce and prices are high.

The episode opens with Haff and Jones scoping out the competition at the auction. They quickly notice an eccentric bidder, named Vlad, who is driving up prices with his aggressive bidding strategy. But despite the high competition, Haff and Jones manage to win a few units and are excited to see what they've acquired.

Their first unit is a small one that cost them only $50. Inside, they find a sword, a few vintage comic books, and some old coins. They're disappointed that there isn't more in the unit, but they're not too worried as they know they still have more units to sort through.

The second unit they bought was a much larger one that cost them $1,200. As they begin to sort through the items in the unit, they notice a peculiar-looking bottle tucked away in a corner. Upon closer examination, they realize that it's an old bottle of whiskey dating back to the Prohibition era. They're excited by this discovery as they know that such vintage whiskey can be worth a lot of money.

As they continue to sort through the items in the unit, they come across a few antique guns, a vintage phonograph, and some old photographs. They're pleased with their haul and are hopeful that they'll be able to make a substantial profit from selling these items.

Their third and final unit of the day was a smaller one that cost them $400. Inside, they find several vintage pinball machines and arcade games. They're not sure how much these items are worth, but they're optimistic that they'll be able to sell them for a decent profit.

After spending some time sorting through their finds, Haff and Jones decide to take their vintage whiskey bottle to an expert to have it appraised. The expert informs them that the whiskey is indeed authentic and is worth up to $10,000. Haff and Jones are thrilled by this news and are excited that they were able to make such a valuable find.

As they continue to sort through their other items, they realize that they also have a vintage pinball machine that's worth a considerable amount of money. They're pleased with their haul from the Las Vegas auction and are hopeful that they'll be able to sell everything for a significant profit.

In the end, Haff and Jones managed to make a profit of over $13,000 from their finds at the Las Vegas auction. They're thrilled with their success and are already planning their next auction hunt.
