The biggest problem they encounter is finding a piece of property that's worth as much as the houseboat. While they're able to find a few potential matches, the issue of price always comes up. It seems like none of the landowners are willing to accept the houseboat at its current value. Frustrated and running out of time, Steve and Antonio begin to worry that they've met their match.

But as always, they're able to come up with a creative solution. By offering to work with one of the landowners who's interested in the houseboat but can't afford it, they're able to strike a deal that works for everyone. They agree to take on some repair work on the landowner's property in exchange for the houseboat. It's a win-win situation, and the Barter Kings once again prove that they're the best in the business.
