Basketball Wives is an American reality television series that premiered on VH1 in April 2010. The show follows the lives of a group of women who have been romantically involved with professional basketball players. In episode 3 of season 1, viewers are taken on a rollercoaster ride as the drama between the ladies begins to intensify.

The show opens with Royce, Jennifer, Evelyn, Suzie, and Shaunie still in Miami. After a day spent filming their individual segments, they sit down for a meal together. Tensions are already high as Evelyn and Jennifer are not on speaking terms. Neither is Suzie with Jennifer. Meanwhile, Shaunie tries to keep the peace.

The topic of discussion quickly turns to Tami, a newcomer to the show, who none of the women have met yet. They share their thoughts about her, and it's evident that there's a lot of skepticism and apprehension surrounding her arrival. Later that evening, they attend a party that Tami is supposed to be at, but she's a no-show. Still, the ladies enjoy themselves, and Jennifer eventually decides to reach out to Tami.

This episode also features a sit-down between Royce and Evelyn. The two women have had an ongoing conflict that began in a previous episode. They both try to hash out their differences and come to a resolution, but it doesn't quite go as planned. Things start off on a positive note, but they end up disagreeing and walking away from each other in a huff.

Next, the women attend a charity basketball game that Shaunie is hosting. While there, Tami finally makes her grand entrance. She starts off on a positive note, greeting everyone and getting to know the ladies. However, things quickly take a turn for the worse when Jennifer tries to hash things out with Tami, and things don't go according to plan.

It becomes evident that Tami is a no-nonsense type of woman, and she's not one to allow anyone to disrespect her. As a result, she and Jennifer have a heated argument that almost comes to blows. Meanwhile, Evelyn and Royce, who have been staying out of the way, step in to try and diffuse the situation. Eventually, the women calm down and decide to put the situation behind them.

The episode concludes with a cliff-hanger when it's revealed that Tami has a connection to one of the other women's exes, adding fuel to the fire of their already complex relationships. Overall, episode 3 of season 1 is packed with drama, arguments, and conflict, all while remaining entertaining. Viewers are sure to be hooked by the end and left wondering what's in store for the rest of the season.
