In a battle of the top two teams in the nation, the Big Ten champion Buckeyes and SEC champion Gators play for college football's ultimate prize, the BCS National Championship. Ohio State and Florida meet for the first time in history, and enter the Tostitos BCS National Championship Game as the consensus top two teams in the nation. The Buckeyes finished the regular season 12-0 with wins over Texas and Michigan, teams that were ranked No. 2 at game time. The Gators finished the regular season at 12-1 with wins over LSU, at Tennessee and against Arkansas in the SEC Championship Game. The Short Cut includes every play of the game in about 20 minutes.
