Ben and his team travel to the grand opening of a new theme park - Alien World, where Ben is scheduled to host an exclusive Ultimate Alien movie screening. Ben, excited for his Hero Time on the red carpet, soon faces off with a group of chaos-loving mutants named the Stalker Pack. These mutants are determined to ruin the fun and wreck the Alien World. Ben and his team must work together to stop the Stalker Pack and save the day.
As they move through the park to stop the Stalker Pack, Ben bumps into Jimmy Jones, a childhood friend and self-proclaimed "Number One Fan". Together, they try to foil the Stalker Pack's plans and save the park.
Meanwhile, Gwen receives a message from her boyfriend, Kevin, claiming he's found a way to cure his mutation. Hoping to help him through this tough time, Gwen convinces Kevin to let her try the cure on him. She finds out that the cure will change Kevin's personality and powers, but she's willing to risk it all for him.
As the mutants continue to cause chaos, Ben and Jimmy finally find themselves face-to-face with the Stalker Pack's leader, the feared Zombozo the Clown. Zombozo wants to turn the entire park into a "Chaos Circus" and unleash his mayhem on all the guests. Now, Ben must use all his heroic strength and power to take down Zombozo once and for all, before it's too late.
In the end, the team saves the Alien World, and Kevin decides to remain the way he is. As Ben and his team leave the park, Jimmy reminds Ben of his important role in the world as a hero and how he inspires so many. Ben reflects on his Hero Time and how much he loves coming to the rescue.
