Ep 2. Be It Ever So Mortgaged

Samantha and Darrin head out to a plot of land that Darrin has recently purchased for the development of a new housing community. The land, which Darrin describes as "out in the sticks," had been passed down in Samantha's family for generations, and she has fond memories of playing there as a child.
