Ep 24. Which Witch Is Which?

Samantha and Darrin are having dinner with his old friend Bob and his wife, Halley. Halley reveals that she has been studying witchcraft and introduces the subject into the conversation. Samantha is visibly uncomfortable and tries to change the subject, but Halley persists. Later that evening, Samantha confides in Darrin that she is afraid that Halley will discover her secret.

Meanwhile, Endora and her brother Arthur are having a discussion about witches and warlocks. Arthur reveals that he has disguised himself as a mortal and has been living with a mortal woman. Endora is appalled and warns him of the dangers of revealing their true identities to mortals.

The next day, Halley comes over to Samantha and Darrin's house with a book on witchcraft and asks Samantha to help her perform a spell. Samantha is reluctant, but Halley insists, and they perform the spell together. However, the spell goes wrong and both women get shrunk down to a small size.

Darrin comes home and is surprised to find Samantha and Halley missing. He eventually discovers them in a jar and tries to figure out how to restore them to their normal size. He calls his old high school science teacher, who is now a professor and together they work to restore Samantha and Halley to their normal size.

Meanwhile, Arthur decides to visit Darrin and Samantha and makes the mistake of revealing himself to Halley. Halley is shocked but then excited to meet a real warlock. Arthur is hesitant at first, but then decides to have a little fun with her and performs a few magic tricks.

When Samantha and Halley are finally restored to their normal size, Halley is disappointed that she can't remember anything about being shrunk down. Samantha is relieved that the incident is over and that no one discovered her secret.

In the end, Endora shows up and scolds Arthur for revealing himself to mortals. Arthur admits that he had a little fun and Endora says that he is lucky he didn't cause any real trouble. Samantha and Darrin say goodbye to their friends and wonder what other surprises the world of witchcraft has in store for them.
