Buffy The Vampire Slayer is an American supernatural drama television series that aired from 1997 to 2003. The show follows the life of Buffy Summers, a high school student who has been chosen to be the Slayer, a supernatural being who fights against evil forces.

Season 2 episode 20 of Buffy The Vampire Slayer is named "Go Fish". It opens with the Sunnydale swim team practicing in their school's pool. However, things take a turn for the worse when one of the swimmers, Cameron, collapses and dies after swimming a length of the pool. The death seems odd, and it's not long before the Scooby Gang--Buffy, Willow, Xander, and Cordelia--start investigating.

The first suspect in the case is the swim team coach, who seems to be pushing the students too hard and potentially administering steroids. But as Buffy starts to look deeper, she realizes that there's something else going on. Other members of the swim team are taking on fish-like qualities, developing webbed fingers and toes, and gills on their necks.

As Buffy and the gang try to figure out what's happening, they discover that the swim team has been taking a drug that enhances their abilities but also causes a side effect of turning them into fish monsters. It turns out that Cameron, who died at the beginning of the episode, refused to take the drug and was killed as a result.

As the team investigates further, they realize that the coach is not who he appears to be. He is actually a demon who preys on high school students by giving them the drugs and turning them into fish monsters, which he then captures and sells on the black market.

Buffy and the gang proceed to take down the demon, but not before they realize that Xander has taken the drug and is also turning into a fish monster. The episode ends with Xander getting cured, and the team mourning the loss of their friend and fellow swimmer, Cameron.

"Go Fish" is an episode that deals with the theme of high school pressure and the dangers of resorting to drugs to achieve success. The episode also marks a departure from the show's usual supernatural villains, as the villain in this episode is simply a human who has turned to demon activity. While it may not be the most memorable episode in the series, "Go Fish" is still an enjoyable addition to the show's second season.
