Ep 10. Bianca & Brogan

In season 3, episode 10 of Catfish: The TV Show named "Bianca & Brogan," Nev and Max receive an email from a concerned sister named Taylor about her sister, Bianca, who has been talking to a girl named Brogan for two years. Taylor is worried that her sister is being catfished and wants Nev and Max to help her out. They meet up with Taylor and Bianca to talk about the situation.

Bianca tells Nev and Max that she met Brogan on a website for emo girls. They hit it off instantly and have been talking every day for two years. They have even made plans to meet several times, but something always comes up. Nev and Max are suspicious about the fact that they have never video chatted or talked on the phone. They agree to help Bianca get to the bottom of things.

The first step is to do some research on Brogan. They find her social media accounts and start digging. Nev thinks it's strange that Brogan only has pictures of herself from the neck down and no pictures with her face. They also find out that she deleted her Instagram account a few weeks ago. Nev and Max think this is a red flag and decide to investigate further.

They try to message Brogan on her social media accounts, but she doesn't respond. They also try calling her, but the number isn't in service. They decide to enlist the help of a private investigator to track down Brogan's true identity. The PI finds out that Brogan's real name is actually Josie and that she lives in a small town in Georgia.

Nev and Max decide to surprise Bianca by taking her to Georgia to meet Josie. They meet Josie and she explains that she catfished Bianca because she was insecure about her appearance. She didn't want to show her face because she was afraid that Bianca wouldn't like her. Josie and Bianca have a heart-to-heart conversation about their relationship and Josie apologizes for lying. Bianca forgives her and they decide to continue their friendship.

In the end, Nev and Max talk to Bianca about the importance of being honest in any relationship, whether it's online or in person. They also encourage her to be more confident in herself and her appearance. The episode ends with Bianca and Josie hugging it out and promising to keep in touch.
