The story is set in a future world where humanity has developed advanced technology to create machine-like beings called "Clusters." The story follows the journey of three students from the prestigious Cluster E.A. school, who get caught up in a conflict that threatens to destroy the entire Clustered World.

The protagonist of the show is Agate Fluorite, a transfer student to Cluster E.A. school, who meets two other students, Beryl Jasper and Chrome Dokuro during his first few days. Agate is a savvy young man with a strong sense of justice and a deep curiosity about the Clustered World. He quickly becomes friends with Beryl and Chrome, and the three of them find themselves embroiled in a dangerous conspiracy that could unravel the fabric of their society.

The series takes place in a world divided into various clusters, each with its own unique culture and societal structure. The students of the Cluster E.A. school represent some of the most prestigious and powerful inhabitants of this world, trained to become tomorrow's leaders. They are taught to uphold certain values and beliefs, including a firm commitment to maintaining peace and order in their society.

However, things take a dark turn when a mysterious faction starts to push for a radical change in the Clustered World. They believe that the current system is corrupt and needs to be dismantled, even if it means destroying everything in the process. To achieve their goals, they manipulate powerful Clusters and high-ranking officials, taking advantage of their greed and ambition.

As Agate, Beryl, and Chrome try to unravel the conspiracy, they discover shocking truths about their world and themselves. They are forced to confront the limits of their own morality and the possibility that the people they thought they could trust might be their enemies.

Cluster Edge offers a unique blend of action, adventure, and drama, with a deep exploration of complex themes such as power, corruption, identity, and loyalty.
