In "Comic Book Men" season 4 episode 9, titled "Dragging Rights," the focus is on cars and comics. The guys are presented with a rare Transformers toy that they think may be worth some big bucks, but they have to figure out how to verify its authenticity before they can make a sale. Then, they take a look at a collection of vintage Batman toys, which leads to a heated debate over which Batmobile is the best of all time.
Next up, the guys welcome a special guest to the store: legendary race car driver, Al Unser Jr. The crew shows off their comic book and merchandise collection to the racing champ and they share stories about their favorite cars.
Meanwhile, Walt, Ming, and Mike try to convince Bryan to go drag racing with them. Bryan is hesitant at first, but after some convincing, he agrees to hit the track with them.
Later, the guys have a little fun at Walt's expense when they convince him to test drive a ridiculously tiny car. The vehicle barely fits Walt's frame, but he manages to squeeze in and take it for a spin...sort of. It's all in good fun, but they do manage to capture some hilarious footage of Walt operating the mini-car.
As the episode comes to a close, the guys reflect on the importance of having hobbies and passions outside of work. They discuss how their love for comics, cars, and other interests keeps them grounded and happy, even during stressful times.
"Dragging Rights" is a fun and lighthearted episode of "Comic Book Men" that showcases the guys' love for all things automotive and comic book-related. With special guest Al Unser Jr. and some hilarious hijinks involving mini-cars, it's a must-watch for fans of the show.
