Ep 9. When the Time Comes

When the Time Comes is the ninth episode of the second season of the American sitcom Cougar Town. In this episode, Grayson pays Jules back the money he owed her, but she insists on taking him out to dinner to celebrate. Meanwhile, Ellie tricks Andy into letting their son Stan watch a scary movie, but Andy and Grayson soon become more frightened than the child. They decide to overcome their fears together by watching each other's biggest fears on TV.

Bobby, on the other hand, has started a new job as a golf caddy. While he initially struggles to get the hang of it, he soon impresses the golfers with his skills. Laurie finds herself attracted to Bobby in his new role, causing a rift in her friendship with Jules. Jules insists that Laurie cannot date one of her ex-husbands, but Laurie is determined to pursue her feelings for Bobby.

As the episode progresses, Jules tries to convince Grayson to try new things and get out of his comfort zone, starting with sushi. Grayson is hesitant at first but eventually takes a bite and discovers that he likes it. Jules is thrilled and decides to keep pushing Grayson to try new things.

In the end, Bobby confesses to Laurie that he is still in love with Jules. Laurie is taken aback by this revelation but eventually accepts Bobby's feelings. Jules, on the other hand, is determined to keep pushing Grayson out of his comfort zone and decides to take him bungee jumping.
