In the eighth episode of Counting Cars season 4, titled "Willys for Warriors," the team at Count's Kustoms takes on a special project for the military. They are commissioned to restore a 1945 Willys Jeep for the US Army's 10th Mountain Division, which was one of the first units deployed to Afghanistan after the September 11th attacks.

The Willys Jeep has a lot of sentimental value for the 10th Mountain Division, and the team knows that they have to do everything in their power to restore it to its former glory. They start by carefully disassembling the Jeep and cataloging every part, so they can keep track of what needs to be replaced and what can be salvaged. They also send the Jeep out for sandblasting to remove all of the rust and paint.

Once the Jeep has been stripped down to its bare bones, the team starts rebuilding it from the ground up. They replace the engine, transmission, axles, and virtually every other mechanical component. They also install a new suspension system to make the Jeep more capable of off-road driving, which is essential for military use.

In addition to the mechanical changes, the team also gives the Jeep a cosmetic makeover. They repaint it to match the original Olive Drab color scheme and add 10th Mountain Division insignias to the side. They also add a new roll cage and a canvas top to provide protection from the elements.

Throughout the episode, the team faces a number of challenges as they work to restore the Willys Jeep. One of the biggest is finding replacement parts, as many of the original components are no longer produced. They also have to work around a number of surprises, such as discovering rusted-out floors and missing parts.

Despite these challenges, the team remains determined to complete the project on time and deliver the Jeep to the 10th Mountain Division in pristine condition. They work long hours and even pull a few all-nighters to get the job done.

The episode concludes with the finished Willys Jeep being delivered to the 10th Mountain Division at Fort Drum. The soldiers are thrilled with the restoration job, and the team is proud to have been able to restore a piece of history. In the end, "Willys for Warriors" is a heartwarming episode that showcases the importance of preserving history and supporting the military.
