Guy Fieri is back again with another episode of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives in season 15, episode 11 titled Food Done Right. In this episode, Guy travels across America in search of eateries that serve up delicious dishes done right. From classic comfort food to innovative twists on old favorites, Guy showcases some of the best food that America has to offer.

The first stop on Guy's journey takes him to Los Angeles, California, where he visits Starry Kitchen. This Chinese fusion restaurant is known for its crispy tofu balls and spicy Singaporean noodles. Guy talks with the owners, Nguyen and Thi Tran, about their journey from a small pop-up restaurant to a successful brick-and-mortar location. Nguyen shows Guy how to make his famous tofu balls that are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Thi whips together her spicy noodles with shrimp and chicken, which she calls the "unicorn gratification."

Next, Guy heads to Denver, Colorado, to visit Chook. This rotisserie chicken joint has gained a cult following for its juicy, flavorful birds. Owner Lisa Ruskaup takes Guy through the process of preparing and seasoning the chickens before they are roasted in their rotisserie oven. Guy tries a classic 1/4 chicken with sides of roasted root vegetables and crispy Brussels sprouts, as well as their "Cluck It Bucket," which includes the full chicken with sides of roast potatoes and gravy.

In Austin, Texas, Guy stops by Kebabalicious, a food truck that serves up delicious Turkish-style shawarma. Owner Chris Wilkins shows Guy how he prepares his meat in a vertical rotisserie, shaving off succulent slices to fill the pita pockets with crispy veggies and sauces. Guy tries the beef and lamb shawarma, as well as the vegetarian option filled with falafel. He also tries Kebabalicious' homemade Turkish baklava.

For the final stop on his journey, Guy heads to Portland, Oregon, for a taste of the famous Voodoo Doughnut. Owner Tres Shannon shows Guy their wide variety of unique doughnut flavors, such as the Bacon Maple Bar and the Portland Cream. Guy tries Voodoo's classic Ol' Dirty Bastard doughnut, which is filled with chocolate and topped with crushed Oreos. He also tries a newer creation, the Grape Ape doughnut, which is filled with grape jelly and topped with vanilla frosting and lavender sprinkles.

Throughout the episode, Guy showcases some of the best food that America has to offer, from hole-in-the-wall diners to famous food trucks. He highlights the passion and dedication that these restaurant owners have for their craft, and how they are constantly striving to make their dishes even better. With mouth-watering imagery and engaging interviews, Food Done Right is a must-watch for any food lover looking for their next great meal.
