In this season 4 episode of Dog Whisperer titled "Cody, Chloe, and Buffy," Cesar Millan, the renowned dog behaviorist, comes to the aid of three different families struggling to handle their misbehaving dogs.

In the first segment, Cesar works with Cody, a Doberman Pinscher who has become aggressive towards other dogs and sometimes even towards his owners. Cesar notes that Cody is responding to the energy around him, and that his owners' nervousness is only exacerbating the problem. By teaching the owners how to remain assertive and calm around Cody, Cesar helps the family regain control of their dog and restore peace to their household.

The second segment features Chloe, a miniature Dachshund who is constantly barking and growling. Her owners are at their wits' end, as Chloe's behavior is starting to make it difficult for them to enjoy their home and entertain guests. Cesar notes that Chloe is suffering from anxiety and a lack of discipline, which is causing her to act out. By giving the owners some practical tools to help Chloe redirect her energy and establish herself as a member of the pack, Cesar helps the family improve their relationship with their beloved dog.

In the final segment, Cesar meets Buffy, a Bichon Frise who has been terrorizing her twin sister, Brandy. Buffy's language of dominance has become so concerning that the family is worried that the two dogs may have to be separated permanently. Cesar discovers that Buffy is simply trying to establish herself as the alpha, but that her boundaries are unclear and she is using aggression to get her way. By teaching the owners how to create a consistent and structured environment for the two dogs, Cesar helps Buffy and Brandy develop a more harmonious relationship and gives the family hope for a happy future.

Throughout the episode, Cesar emphasizes the importance of leadership, calm energy, and clear communication in establishing a healthy and rewarding relationship with one's pets. "Cody, Chloe, and Buffy" offers practical tips and inspiring stories for dog owners who are struggling to understand their furry friends and create a happy home environment.
