The sixth season of the hit television series Dog Whisperer continues with episode 3 titled "Maxwell, Brooklyn and Tipper". In this episode, world-renowned dog behavior specialist Cesar Millan travels to various locations in order to help dog owners train their pets and overcome various behavioral issues.

In the first segment of the episode, Cesar meets with a couple, Kristin and Tom, who are struggling to control their aggressive dog Maxwell. The dog's behavior has worsened over time to the point where he has bitten both Kristin and Tom and has become a major safety concern. Cesar observes the dog's behavior and identifies that the aggression is due to fear and insecurity. Through a series of exercises and training techniques, Cesar helps Kristin and Tom regain control of their dog and rebuild trust with him.

Next, Cesar travels to Brooklyn to work with a young couple, Amanda and Darren, who are struggling to control their excitable and overly playful dog, also named Brooklyn. Despite their best efforts, the couple is unable to calm Brooklyn down and struggles to keep him focused during walks. Through a combination of exercise, discipline, and affection, Cesar teaches Amanda and Darren how to channel their dog's energy in a positive way and regain control of their walks.

In the final segment of the episode, Cesar works with a family whose dog, Tipper, has developed severe anxiety after being abandoned by her previous owners. The dog now exhibits destructive behavior, constantly chewing on furniture and household items. Cesar identifies that Tipper's anxiety is rooted in her need for structure and routine, and he teaches the family how to provide this for her. Through a combination of crate training, exercise, and affection, Cesar helps the family build a strong bond with their dog and reduce her destructive behavior.

Throughout the episode, Cesar emphasizes the importance of providing structure, exercise, discipline, and affection to build a strong relationship with one's dog. He also highlights the need to understand and address the underlying emotional issues that can lead to negative behaviors in dogs. By the end of the episode, all three families have made significant progress in improving their relationships with their dogs and resolving their behavioral issues.
