In Dog Whisperer season 7 episode 7, titled "Neco & Yona and Justice," dog behaviorist Cesar Millan tackles two challenging cases involving two dogs with a history of aggression.

The first case involves a dog named Neco, who has a habit of lunging and biting strangers. His owners, a couple that recently moved to the United States from Brazil, are struggling to manage his behavior and keep him under control. Cesar observes that Neco's aggression stems from insecurity and a lack of authority, compounded by the fact that his owners are inconsistent with their rules and boundaries. Cesar begins by teaching Neco basic obedience commands and establishing himself as a calm and assertive leader. He also works with Neco's owners to help them understand how to provide the structure and discipline that Neco needs to feel secure and confident. Over time, Neco's behavior improves, and he becomes more relaxed and obedient.

The second case involves a dog named Yona, who was rescued from a shelter by a woman named Justice. Yona is a large and powerful dog with a high prey drive, and she has a tendency to become aggressive towards other dogs, particularly when on a leash. Justice is committed to giving Yona a loving home, but she is struggling to manage Yona's behavior and is worried that she may hurt another dog or person. Cesar observes that Yona's aggression is also driven by insecurity and a lack of socialization, as well as Justice's own nervous energy and anxiety. To help Yona overcome her fears and become more confident, Cesar takes her on a series of walks and introduces her to other dogs in a controlled and safe environment. He also works with Justice to help her become more confident and assertive as a pack leader, and to develop a more positive and proactive mindset when it comes to Yona's behavior. Over time, Yona becomes more relaxed and less reactive around other dogs, and Justice becomes more confident and in control.

Throughout the episode, Cesar emphasizes the importance of establishing clear rules and boundaries with dogs, and of providing them with the structure and discipline they need to feel secure and happy. He also highlights the importance of socialization and exercise, and of understanding a dog's unique personality and needs. By the end of the episode, both Neco and Yona have made significant progress and are well on their way to becoming happy, healthy, and well-behaved members of their households.
